2. Exercise Two Times a Day
Why twice a day? Well, it’s quite simple; you’re asking your body to rid itself of calories in a quick way and in order to do so, you need to step up your fitness game. Don’t let it intimidate you! Working out twice a day doesn’t equate spending half of your fay at the local health club; instead it means walking for 45 minutes before work on a treadmill, then engaging in a hot yoga class after work. Whatever fitness routines you like, it really doesn’t matter as long as you are burning calories!
